3. Understand that we only offer DECANTS (hand made travel sprays).
4. Properly labeled and filled with only 100% authentic perfume.
5. Orders of multiple 5ml of the exact SAME scent will ship automatically in a 10ml.
6. If you prefer separate 5ml atomizers, please contact us immediately.
7. We ship within 12-24 hours on business days only.
8. USPS is the only carrier we use. 3-5 business days is the normal ETA for USA orders and 1-3 weeks for foreign/international.
9. Orders are fulfilled fast & double/triple bubble wrapped!
10. Any problems please CONTACT US within 3 days after receiving to discuss a resolution.
